When we were having some HVAC worked done when the technician let us know that our crawlspace was infested with black mold. He wouldn’t even perform his job for safety reasons. I called Carolina Encapsulation and they were out to my house that day. After inspection, Benji professionally let us know that it was not safe to stay in the house. Him and his guys managed to get rid of the mold, encapsulate the crawlspace and get us a dehumidifier and sump pump within days!!! We haven’t had any issues since.
